Host Dr. Jill Waggoner tackles joint and arthritic pain. The two types of arthritis include osteoarthritis (OA) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). OA mainly results when wear and tear of cartilage causes bones to rub together, leading to friction, damage, and inflammation. RA is a systemic condition that triggers symptoms throughout the body. It’s an autoimmune disease and happens when the immune system mistakenly attacks healthy joint tissue.

Dr. Jill Waggoner is a residency trained, board certified Family Practice Physician with nearly three decades of experience. She is located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex holds a Medical Degree and a Master's Degree from the University of Oklahoma. She has certifications in both Preventive Medicine and Wellness Coordination from the prestigious Cooper Institute.
